Law Enforcement Officers, Healthcare Workers, First Responders, Educators, Military & Spouses, Veterans, Pastoral and Pensacola Chamber Members

Families of 4 or more maximum monthly rate

  • After Hours-in clinic/telehealth
  • Weekends-in clinic/telehealth

No insurance needed or filed. A membership is not a form of or replacement for health insurance. A catastrophic/emergency plan is encouraged. Healthshare companies are an alternative option. All Nurse Practitioners practice within their scope of practice according to their state legislature and Board of Nursing.
